while maintaining API compatibility and performance.\n\nDesign and develop memory-safe solutions using Rust.\n\nWork with low-level code, including unsafe Rust and memory management.\n\nPerform testing, benchmarking, and performance optimization.\n\nApply differential fuzzing to validate correctness and consistency during code migration.\n\nWork with complex build systems and large-scale codebases.\n\nSupport code migration automation and leverage AI-assisted development tools.\n\nRequirements\nExpert-level production experience with both Rust and C/C++.\n\nStrong background in systems programming and memory management.\n\nHands-on experience with unsafe Rust and memory safety.\n\nProven experience migrating C/C++ libraries or components to Rust.\n\nSolid understanding of API compatibility and performance optimization.\n\nPractical experience with differential fuzzing, testing, and benchmarking.\n\nExperience working with large codebases and complex build systems.\n\nAbility to work independently and make technical and architectural decisions at a Staff / Expert level.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with automated code translation.\n\nFamiliarity with
