This role requires a developer who can translate requirements into maintainable, performant ServiceNow solutions while adhering to federal standards and best practices.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to support federal program requirements\n\nBuild and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies\n\nDevelop and enhance ServiceNow ITAM functionality\n\nDesign, develop, and support ServiceNow portals and web-based user experiences, including Service Portal and/or UI Builder\n\nCollaborate with ServiceNow Architects to implement scalable, standards-based solutions\n\nParticipate in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives\n\nPerform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices\n\nSupport platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow defects and production issues\n\nEnsure configurations and customizations align with federal security and compliance requirements\n\nContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across the team\n\nSupport and enhance ITAM knowledge enablement\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience\n\nStrong experience developing custom ServiceNow applications and platform configurations\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development (Service Portal and/or UI Builder)\n\nProficiency with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)\n\nExperience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments\n\nEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree\n\nServiceNow CSA and CAD or CIS certification\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS):\n\nCIS – IT Service Management (ITAM)\n\nExperience supporting federal government programs\n\nStrong experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, and user experience design\n\nExperience configuring ITAM module\n\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow data model and performance optimization\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills\n\nExperience supporting DevSecOps-aligned Agile teams\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust\n\nPursuant to government contracts, US Citizenship is required\n\niTech AG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
