This position is within the context of an Agile team employing a Scrum development frameworkRESPONSIBILITIES\nProvide ServiceNow architecture and technical expertise for a federal client\n\nProvide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.\n\nAnalyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions.\n\nParticipate in requirements gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements.\n\nAnalyze and evaluate business needs and translate those needs to the ServiceNow technology architecture.\n\nEnsure and align organization goals to appropriate ServiceNow solutions to achieve business objectives while also advancing and optimizing capabilities of the overall enterprise ServiceNow architecture.\n\nProvide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy services to clients.\n\nSupport client technical deliverables including architecture and design documents.\n\nAssist with proposal solutions in collaboration with Capture Managers\n\nEnforce system design and architectural standards, maintain best practices, and drive core principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.\n\nProvide input to Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist in presenting proposals to existing and potential clients.\n\nCollaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for the delivery of highly performing transformative solutions.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nProven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as a Solution Architect.\n\n6+ years’ experience in the IT industry.\n\n2+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Architect; 5+ years’ experience with the ServiceNow platform.\n\n2+ years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.\n\nExperience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.\n\nExtensive experience in ServiceNow Cloud Platforms and Architecture.\n\nExperience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow architecture, supporting software engineering and maximizing data processing, and systems, building cloud-compatible services and architecture, and operating and delivering in an IT lifecycle.\n\nStrong communication and customer relationships skills at the executive level, and the ability to adjust to the audience appropriately.\n\nExperience with continuous integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications.\n\nExperience building and managing ServiceNow IT solutions which include integrating multiple ServiceNow or other cloud technologies.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nCMS experience is a plus\n\nCAD\n\nCIS-ITSM or CIS-CSM\n\nEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Management, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nCSA\n\nCLEARANCE:\nActive Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust.\n\nPursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.\n\niTech AG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
