The administrator keeps OJP's ServiceNow platform healthy, current, and secure across IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, and Strategic Portfolio Management: applying upgrades and patches, administering users, roles, and licenses, managing data, building reports and dashboards, and providing day-to-day platform support as part of a nine-person Agile team.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nApply ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance, and stay current with new platform releases\n\nAdminister users, groups, roles, and access in line with OJP's identity management and security standards\n\nManage ServiceNow license and subscription usage and prepare the monthly subscription utilization report\n\nManage data imports and exports and maintain data integrity, including CMDB and asset data\n\nBuild reports and dashboards on platform usage and performance, and in response to user requests\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues and provide day-to-day platform support\n\nResearch known issues and work ServiceNow Support cases through resolution\n\nSupport regression testing for upgrades and releases with the QA tester\n\nSupport the Hardware and Software Asset Management build-out\n\nDocument configurations and procedures, and follow OJP's configuration management and change control processes\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow system administration experience\n\nExperience applying ServiceNow updates and patches and performing regular platform maintenance\n\nExperience managing data imports and exports and ensuring data integrity\n\nExperience creating reports and dashboards to analyze platform usage and performance\n\nExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the ServiceNow platform\n\nExperience with license administration and user and group administration\n\nU.S. citizenship (required for DOJ IT contracts)\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a DOJ Public Trust (moderate risk background investigation)\n\nMust be able to pass a company background check\n\nEDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONSServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required, or obtained within 6 months of start.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nFederal ServiceNow experience, ideally at the Department of Justice\n\nCurrent or recent DOJ Public Trust\n\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HAM, SAM, CSM, or HRSD\n\nExperience with Hardware and Software Asset Management\n\nExperience managing ServiceNow subscriptions and reconciling license counts\n\nExperience with Performance Analytics and the Automated Test Framework\n\nBachelor's degree in information technology or a related field\n\niTech AG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
