calls based on defined quality parameters.\nConduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate business leads.\nReview recorded calls and assess communication, pitch, objection handling, and overall call quality.\nEnsure team members follow the approved calling script, process, and communication standards.\nIdentify gaps in calls and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.\nMaintain daily/weekly call quality reports and performance records.\nTrack calling performance, including call volume, connect ratio, lead quality, and conversions.\nIdentify recurring issues and recommend improvements in the calling process.\nCoordinate with the Sales/Business Development team to improve call quality and conversion rates.\nFollow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM.\nMeet assigned calling and lead-generation targets.\nEnsure professional communication and proper handling of customer objections.\nRequired Skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong English communication skills.\nGood understanding of cold calling and lead-generation processes.\nExperience in call monitoring/quality assurance will be an advantage.\nStrong analytical and listening skills.\nGood knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.\nAbility to provide clear and constructive feedback.\nTarget-oriented and self-motivated.\nGood interpersonal and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred ExperienceExperience in BPO, KPO, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or International Calling will be preferred.\nCandidates with
