Dive into the Itecor experience and become our new colleague as:\nTest Engineer (Manual & Automation)\nmissions\n\nAnalyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test strategies.\nDesign, develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites to ensure high software quality and reliability.\nPerform manual functional testing to validate business processes, system integrations, and end-user workflows.\nPlan and execute non-functional testing activities, including performance, scalability, and system validation.\nValidate new features, enhancements, and system changes to ensure they meet business expectations and quality standards.\nIdentify, document, analyze, and track defects, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution with development teams.\nIntegrate testing activities into the software delivery lifecycle and support continuous quality practices and CI/CD-driven testing.\nParticipate in test planning, test execution, release validation, and user acceptance testing activities.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, QA standards, and quality assurance practices.\nEvaluate and promote innovative approaches, tools, and technologies in quality assurance and test automation.\nAdvocate best practices in quality engineering and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.\nyour profile\n\n5+ years of experience in software testing, including manual functional testing, test automation, and non-functional testing.\nStrong hands-on expertise with Tricentis Tosca (low-code test automation).\nGood knowledge of Robot Framework.\nExperience with NeoLoad for performance and load testing.\nProficiency in Azure DevOps, including Test Plans, test management, defect tracking, and CI/CD-driven testing practices.\nFamiliarity with modern testing and AI-powered tools, such as Playwright and similar solutions.\nProven experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise business systems.\nExperience testing ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations and Infor M3, as well as CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Point-of-Sale (POS) solutions.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.\nAbility to analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios, test cases, and automated test coverage.\nExcellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.\nStrong communication skills, attention to detail, and a quality-focused mindset.\nitecor, trusted advisor for your digital transformation\nItecor is an international IT boutique consultancy headquartered in Switzerland.
