Services Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, drive sales, and prevent stock losses while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage inventory through regular audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.\n\nDevelop and implement inventory control processes and loss prevention strategies.\n\nExecute business strategies and marketing activities to boost sales and support store expansion.\n\nMeet and exceed monthly sales targets set by Executive Management.\n\nReconcile daily sales figures with POS and store records.\n\nCollaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.\n\nInvestigate stock losses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.\n\nPrepare monthly reports on inventory, stock losses, and operational performance.\n\nIdentify fast-moving products and maintain optimal stock levels.\n\nAnalyse sales data to support business decisions and process improvements.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant legal regulations.\n\nLiaise with mall management to ensure smooth store operations.\n\nPerform other duties assigned by the Operations Manager and Executive Board.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in retail operations, inventory management, or store supervision.\n\nStrong understanding of inventory control, loss prevention, and sales analytics.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and meet sales targets.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nKnowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements related to retail operations.\n\nExperience in a fast-paced retail environment and team management
