This is a high-trust position, and we are looking for someone we can genuinely rely on-an honest, responsible professional who takes ownership of their work and can be counted on when support is needed.\nBecause IT issues can sometimes arise outside regular working hours, the successful candidate must be reachable and available to provide support in urgent or critical situations when needed, including outside standard office hours.\nResponsibilities:Preparing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, laptops, and other IT equipment for employees\nInstalling, configuring, updating, and maintaining required software\nDiagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues\nProviding day-to-day technical support to employees\nMaintaining accurate records and managing the inventory of company IT equipment\nAnalyzing laptop and other IT equipment specifications to ensure they meet employees' business and performance requirements\nMaintaining and supporting network infrastructure and connectivity\nFollowing established IT procedures, security policies, and management instructions\nEnsuring compliance with security and protection requirements\nCollaborating with teams and stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration and alignment of systems and processes\nResponding promptly to urgent IT incidents and providing immediate support when critical issues arise, such as loss of Wi-Fi or network connectivity, workstation or laptop failures, hardware breakdowns, inability to access essential systems or accounts, software failures, or other technical issues that prevent employees from working effectively.\nRequirements:At least 3 years of professional experience in System Administration\nHigher education in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\nStrong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems\nAbility to quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and technical issues\nHands-on experience with network equipment, including MikroTik, Cisco, and Aruba\nGood understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and VLAN\nExperience with software installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance\nUnderstanding of information security principles, access control, and data protection\nAbility to carefully and consistently follow technical instructions, established procedures, IT policies, and management directions, ensuring accuracy and compliance\nStrong attention to detail, responsibility, and a structured approach to work\nGood collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks\nHigh level of honesty, integrity, discretion, and personal responsibility\nDependable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability\nSomeone the company and team can confidently rely on, particularly when urgent or critical IT support is required\nWillingness and ability to be reachable and provide assistance outside regular working hours when urgent situations require it.\nWe Offer:Office-based position, working hours
