Команда підтримує власні дата-центри та обладнання власної розробки на базі Linux.\n\nЦе перша лінія реагування на інфраструктурні інциденти: моніторинг, діагностика, усунення типових збоїв за готовими інструкціями та ескалація складніших проблем.\n\nЩо потрібно робити:\n\nМоніторити дашборди Grafana та опрацьовувати тікети.\n\nДіагностувати проблеми з Linux-серверами, обладнанням і мережевою взаємодією.\n\nВиконувати дії з відновлення роботи за runbooks, зокрема перезапускати сервіси або машини.\n\nСвоєчасно ескалювати проблеми відповідним інженерам.\n\nДокументувати виконані дії та брати участь у розборах інцидентів — postmortems.\n\nПрацювати з технічною документацією та підтримувати актуальність інструкцій.\nЩо очікуємо:\n\nПрактичний досвід у Linux Administration, Infrastructure Support, IT Operations, NOC, DevOps або SRE.\n\nВпевнена робота з Linux і Bash.\n\nДосвід діагностики за логами та використання системних і мережевих інструментів.\n\nРозуміння мереж: TCP/IP, DNS, перевірка доступності та пошук проблем зі з’єднанням.\n\nЗнання CI/CD.\n\nДосвід роботи з моніторингом, алертами та інцидентами.\n\nУміння працювати за інструкціями, самостійно оцінювати ситуацію та вчасно залучати команду.\nБуде плюсом:\n\nДосвід роботи з Grafana та Prometheus.\n\nПідтримка фізичних серверів або інфраструктури дата-центрів.\n\nНаписання runbooks та участь у postmortems.\n\nВикористання AI для автоматизації операційних задач.\nФормат співпраці:\n\nКонтрактна співпраця.\n\nЛокація — Європа, з орієнтацією на центральноєвропейський часовий пояс.\n\nМіжнародна команда працює за моделлю follow-the-sun із передачею підтримки між регіонами.
