We are seeking an experienced Sr. Document Control Clerk to support entry and modification of all types of engineering documentation into our Oracle ERP system. The role works closely with the manufacturing, materials and development teams.\n\nWhat you will be doing:\nAdminister documentation control and maintain engineering records within Oracle\nGenerate Item Sequence Numbers (ISNs) and documentation numbers, ensuring accurate linkage to Bills of Material (BOMs) and data packages\nCreate, upload, and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) in Oracle\nOrganize, rename, and upload engineering documentation in compliance with document control standards\nUpload and maintain engineering data packages and BOMs within the system\nSupport and administer change control processes\nFile, process, and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)\n\nWhat you need to be successful in this role:\nAssociate’s degree in technical field, bachelor's degree preferred\nOver five (5) years in a document control role\nOver five (5) years of experience using Oracle or similar ERP system\nExperience in an ISO-9001 or similar environment\nUnderstanding of electro-mechanical devices\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and be internal customer-facing\nAttention to detail\n\nIteris anticipates paying an hourly rate between $28.50 and $31.75 for this role.
