We hire people who are passionate about being catalysts for change - in our company, for our clients, throughout our career- and we empower people to express their ideas, create better practices, innovate better products, and become better professionals.\nWe have been named a Great Place to Work for six years, and offer a competitive salary and benefits package. \nSenior PMO Project Manager - SAP/ERP\nThe PM will be responsible for managing an SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrade program.\nThe PM must be capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams, navigating technical and business dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and coordinating effectively with IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership.\n\nCurrent SAP Environment:\nWe operate a complex, cloud-based, multi-tiered, multi-client SAP environment that includes, but is not limited to, the following platforms and solutions:\nSAP S/4HANA\nSAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)\nSAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)\nSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)\nSAP Datasphere\nSAP Service and Asset Manager (SSAM)\n\nThe PM will perform the following duties:\nManages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.\nDevelops and maintains project artifacts as required using established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.\nBuilds and manages the detailed integrated project plan and schedule that captures all task level detail with deliverables, milestones, cross-functional dependencies, etc. while mapping the critical path.\nEstimates and maintains cost plan(s) during all phases of the project.\nPlan and schedule resources efficiently by ensuring that the right resources are allocated and available to the right project activities at the right time.\nForecasts and enables resource capacity planning in a dynamically changing business environment. It is critical to forecast and get real-time foresight into project resourcing so that the project can take corrective actions ahead of time.\nEstablishes project governance framework with a structured approach to govern the project activities. This framework must have well-defined roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.\nCoordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.\nPerforms project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling, and closing.\nConducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.\nDevelops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.\nManages all project artifacts including signoffs.\nDesired Skillset/Minimum Experience: \nThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years of expertise in project/project management of projects of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management. \nThe candidate must have experience managing high profile subject matter vendors within the on-prem and cloud landscape.\nExperience with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP/ERP projects as a Project Manager.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification.\nExperience with multi-year projects.\nStrong skills with leadership, conflict management, and negotiation.\nMust have expert level knowledge and extensive experience in creating and maintaining integrated plans in MS Project and or MS Project online.\nExcellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills.\n\nIf you
