From modernising HR technology and digital employee journeys to driving automation and data-driven decision-making, you'll play a key role in delivering meaningful change at scale.\nThis is an opportunity to work with senior leaders across HR, Technology, Product, and Business teams, influencing strategy while leading programmes that create real impact for thousands of colleagues across the region.\nThis role requires written and verbal fluency in Czech/Slovak and English.\nThis role is based in Prague, Czechia, operating in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office).\n\nYou will be accountable for\nLead complex People Technology and HR transformation programmes across Central Europe.\nDrive strategic initiatives such as Payroll, Core HR, and Colleague Experience.\nPartner with HR, Product, Engineering, and business teams to define priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.\nCreate and manage programme roadmaps, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.\nBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple markets.\nLead organisational change and adoption activities to maximise programme benefits and long-term success.\nContribute to the TPM community by promoting delivery excellence and sharing best practices.\nWhat you bring?\nProven experience delivering complex transformation, technology, HR, or People programmes.\nStrong programme, project, and stakeholder management capabilities.\nExperience influencing senior leaders and working across diverse, cross-functional teams.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong governance, reporting, budgeting, and financial forecasting experience.\nAbility to navigate complexity, manage ambiguity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience in People Technology, HR systems, digital transformation, or employee experience initiatives is advantage.\nPassion for driving meaningful change and creating exceptional colleague experiences.\nAdditional information\nBenefits\nTesco is a diverse and exciting employer, dedicated to being #aplacetogeton, providing career-defining opportunities to all of our colleagues.
