May conduct and document very complex information security risk assessments. May assist in the creation and implementation of security solutions and programs.\nRegulatory Compliance: Brings advanced level skills to manage programs to establish, document and track compliance to industry and government standards and regulations, industry standards and customer and vendor contracts to communicate compliance requirements to the business. Participates in industry forums monitoring developments in regulatory compliance.\nMentoring and training other team members.\nCompilation of information and reporting for management.\nThe job requires to be based in/close to Prague! \nWe provide visa sponsorship in case of necessity.\nMy accountabilities in this job\nMaintain operational effectiveness of the Privilege Access Management (PAM) Infrastructure in a Windows, Linux and Cloud based environment\nIdentify security gaps and areas of improvements and works with different stake holders to apply the remediation\nDevelop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks associated with new systems, applications, and technologies, and provide guidance on secure implementation\nStay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors, and proactively propose enhancement to existing security controls.\nMonitors and evaluates systems and procedures to protect systems from unauthorised access\nPerform and review technical risk assessments\nSupport the design and implementation of privileged access management systems\nDocument technical processes and procedures including regular revision of support / knowledge documents\nDevelop company-wide best practices\nExcellent knowledge of coding languages like PowerShell, Python, Bash to write and update scripts\nReporting progress to stakeholders on a regular basis\n8 years of experience working on PAM in a large-scale organization\nWhat You Bring\nPrior experience with Privileged Access management tools (CyberArk), Microsoft PIM\nPrior experience with SIEM technologies; arcsight, splunk, qradar\nPrior experience with Microsoft Azure cloud\nKnowledge/Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., ICFR, SOX).\nNice to have experience in:\nHashiCorp Vault\nCyberArk\nAzure Key Vault\nSecrets management\nEncryption & key management\nZero Trust architecture\nAdditional information\nBenefits\nTesco is a diverse and exciting employer, dedicated to being #aplacetogeton, providing career-defining opportunities to all of our colleagues.
