Your role will focus on cost efficiency, quality, and service. You’ll also support process improvements and manage transfers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and set up production processes, equipment, and material flows for new or existing products.\nImplement and optimize production processes and equipment.\nEstablish, validate, and improve process capabilities.\nCreate and refine documentation for production processes.\nDevelop standard times, time balancing, and production instructions.\nManage process transfers and offer support during transitions.\nConduct risk analysis and FMEA.\nSolve problems using analytical techniques to identify root causes.\nManage projects to ensure timely completion with all stakeholders.\nLead efforts to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase throughput.\nSupport new product launches and process/tooling concerns (APQP activities).\nDrive continuous improvement efforts in production to boost quality and reduce costs.\nAssist other departments in corrective actions and process improvement initiatives.\nTrain staff on production processes.\nEnsure compliance with organizational standards (quality, environment, and occupational health/safety).\nRequirements:\n2+ years of engineering or technical experience in industries such as automotive, industrial, medical devices, or electrotechnical.\nExperience with ISO 9001 (ISO 13485 is a plus).\nFamiliarity with FMEA processes.\nStrong technical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent project and time management skills.\nAttention to detail and experience managing complex projects.\nStrong
