The ETL Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting data integration and transformation processes across enterprise systems. The role involves working with multiple data sources, building reliable ETL pipelines, transforming and validating data, troubleshooting data issues, and supporting data warehouse and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL fundamentals, practical ETL experience, and a solid understanding of data integration concepts.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data across different systems.\n\nBuild and support reliable data pipelines based on business and technical requirements.\n\nDevelop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data transformation logic.\n\nIntegrate data from relational databases, files, APIs, and other enterprise data sources.\n\nPerform data validation, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality checks.\n\nMonitor ETL jobs and investigate failed or incomplete data loads.\n\nTroubleshoot performance, data integrity, and transformation issues.\n\nSupport data warehouse, reporting, analytics, and downstream application requirements.\n\nOptimize ETL processes and SQL queries for performance and scalability.\n\nMaintain technical documentation covering data flows, mappings, transformations, and dependencies.\n\nWork closely with data engineers, developers, analysts, and business teams.\n\nParticipate in testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.\n\nFollow development, version-control, and change-management standards\n\nRequirements\nRequired Experience and Skills\n1-3 years of professional experience in ETL development, data integration, or data engineering.\n\nHands-on experience building and supporting ETL processes.\n\nStrong working knowledge of SQL.\n\nExperience working with relational databases.\n\nUnderstanding of data transformation, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.\n\nExperience troubleshooting data and ETL processing issues.\n\nUnderstanding of data warehousing and database concepts.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with ETL technologies such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.\n\nExperience with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other enterprise databases.\n\nBasic knowledge of Python for data processing or automation.\n\nExperience with APIs and different data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and flat files.\n\nUnderstanding of dimensional modeling, data marts, or enterprise data warehouses.\n\nExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar development tools.\n\nExposure to cloud-based data platforms.\n\nExperience supporting production data pipelines.\n\nBANKING / FINTECH ADVANTAGE\nExperience within banking, fintech, payments, financial services, or other regulated enterprise environments is a strong advantage.\nCandidate
