The CRM platform leverages AI Copilot-driven omnichannel communication capabilities for enhanced CSR operations.\nAs a marketing program coordinator, you will…\nPlan, coordinate, and execute in-person (predominately), virtual, and hybrid events including conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars, executive briefings, and internal meetings.\nManage event logistics, communications, and vendor relationships while following established timelines and adhering to deadlines.\nHelp inform annual budgets, manage forecasting, and track expenses throughout the calendar year.\nCoordinate closely with the sales team to discover and track new trade shows and conferences of strategic value\nSupport internal preparation for conferences, including venue selection, contracts, transportation, lodging, catering, and AV requirements.\nSupport broader marketing activities including campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, content development, communications, and brand
