international environment and who has\n3+ years of experience developing and delivering training materials in an adult classroom setting\nPrevious experience within the software or utility sector preferred but not mandatory\nSuperior communication and presentation skills\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment\nInstructional design experience, including curriculum development, creation of course materials and formulation of exercises for both instructor led and eLearning approaches is
