You will help operate and support multiple customer environments running on a variety of enterprise networking technologies.\nThis is primarily an operations-focused role, working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure stable network services, resolve incidents, and continuously improve infrastructure reliability.\nOur environments include Fortinet security platforms, Palo Alto firewalls, and traditional enterprise networking technologies such as Cisco and Aruba/HPE. While our data center networking stack is built on Cisco ACI and VMware NSX-T, these platforms are primarily operated by a dedicated data center networking team.
