Now we need someone who can help shape how data is consumed, explored and visualised across itm8 - from semantic models and governed self-service to innovative analytics and decision-support tools.\nYour Role\nAs our BI & Analytics Developer, you will help itm8 move from traditional reporting towards a modern analytics landscape built on Microsoft Fabric, trusted data products and user-friendly insight experiences.\nWorking with business stakeholders, platform colleagues and fellow BI developers, you will translate business needs into reusable data products, intuitive visualisations, semantic models and analytics solutions.\nIn practice, you will:\nDesign modern analytics, visualisation and decision-support solutions using Microsoft Fabric and relevant BI/analytics tools.\n\nBuild semantic models and investigate data lineage and quality issues so insights can be trusted.\n\nChallenge traditional reporting approaches and find smarter ways to enable exploration, adoption and better decisions.\n\nWe are looking for a teamm8 who\nDoes not believe another classic dashboard is always the answer.\n\nEnjoys investigating data, understanding where numbers come from and solving data quality issues.\n\nIs curious, pragmatic and motivated by emerging analytics and visualisation technologies that people actually use.\n\nWhat you bring\nMindset matters most, but ideally you bring:\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, for example Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, OneLake, semantic models or related capabilities.\n\nExperience building and maintaining data pipelines and reusable data products.\n\nExperience with Power BI or comparable BI/visualisation tools, including modelling, report design and interactive insight experiences.\n\nComfortable with SQL and DAX; Python knowledge is a plus.\n\nExperience with Git integration, CI/CD, version control and deployment pipelines.\n\nIt would be an advantage if you also have experience with\nAI-assisted analytics, Copilot or similar tools that support insight generation.\n\nData storytelling, information design and modern visualisation practices.\n\nWhat you get\nYou will join a team evolving from traditional BI delivery towards Microsoft Fabric, modern analytics, data enablement, adoption and business impact.\nYou will influence how analytics, visualisation and decision support develop across itm8 and help create trusted data products for our continued AI journey.\nAbout the team\nYou will join the Data & Insights Team, which is part of itm8’s Global Transformation Management Office (TMO).\nWe are an international team with big ambitions.
