product.\n\nBreaking down complex product features and back-end\nimprovements into well planned, detailed, deliverable tasks on a\ntechnical level.\n\nAdvising and guiding teams on Engineering best practice, solution\ndesignand problem solving.\n\nBeing responsible for system quality, monitoring, unit/integration\ntesting and advising on testing strategy improvements.\n\nWorking in an agile environment on user stories that deliver\nsignificant impact for our customers.\n\nBuilding integrations and APIs that are rock-solid, secure, well-tested, and highly performant.\n\nContinuous improvement of code, systems, processes, and knowledge.\n\nWorking with databases and data securely and efficiently.\n\nLiaising with stakeholders to triage inbound bug reports, reproduce reported issues and identify solutions.\n\nLeading the team from a technical perspective and providing continuous support to junior staff.\n\nWe’re looking for\nDemonstrated experience (preferably 7+ years) in Java Software\nDevelopment, Spring Boot, building microservices and robust\ninterfaces, using SQL type databases such as MySQL or SQL Server\nand integrating with external services.\n\nA bachelor and/or master’s degree in a technical field.\n\nTeam/Technical leadership experience.\n\nHighly skilled in cloud architecture (AWS) and tooling.\n\nExperience in cloud infrastructure, Infra as code (Terraform) and\nCI/CD.\n\nDetail-oriented and committed to quality.\n\nA positive, collaborative attitude and approach to development and\ntesting.\n\nPreferred\nExposure to NoSQL type databases (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB).\n\nKnowledge of React, Angular and TypeScript.\n\nExperience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.\n\nDevOps mindset.\n\nExperience working on a B2C product.\n\nWhat we
