You take those items, own them end to end, and ship them through the same pipeline everyone uses.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver the goals the team defines, end to end, from design through merged code.\nPropose and design systems that solve problems.\nBuild agentic LLM systems, where models plan, call tools, and act with limited supervision, and make them safe to run in production.\nWork with the team on architecture design. Read the decisions, challenge them where you see a problem, and write your own when the work needs one.\nReview the work of other engineers and of AI agents, and ask for the same on yours.\nParticipate in the planning and execution of software roadmaps.\nCommunicate progress and the current state of work clearly throughout the development lifecycle.\nWhat you bring (required)\nYou deliver against goals, and you measure your work by the outcome, not the output.\nYou use and maintain design patterns, and you keep a codebase consistent as it grows.\nYou work with the team on architecture design, and you can carry a design from proposal to agreement.\nYou design for testability and observability, so others can verify your work and see what it does in production.\nYou have built and operated distributed systems and understand their trade-offs.\nYou use AI coding agents as a core part of how you work, and you can explain what they got wrong.\nYou recognize code patterns, and you understand how architecture drifts over time and what it takes to correct it.\nNice to have\nYou have built agentic LLM systems in production.\nYou have worked on audit, evidence, or compliance systems.\nYou have done security or compliance engineering in a regulated industry.\nYou have taken part in a written architecture decision process.\nCompanion role: Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Reign.\nLocation:This role is remote within Canada.
