support network and communication systems for education, government, and healthcare customers.\nThis role works closely with engineering, operations, and customer teams to assist with deployments, troubleshoot technical issues, and support ongoing infrastructure projects and daily operations.\nThe ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nThis is a full-time, in-person position based in Santa Clara, CA.\nResponsibilities\nNetwork & Systems Support\nTroubleshoot and resolve network and systems-related issues involving LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewalls, and UCaaS-related infrastructure\nSupport Level 1 and Level 2 escalations while working collaboratively with senior engineers when needed\nPerform root-cause analysis and document findings and resolutions\nHelp maintain customer uptime, reliability, and overall service quality\nProject Support & Engineering\nAssist with implementation and support of customer and internal infrastructure projects\nParticipate in upgrades, maintenance activities, migrations, and deployments\nCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution\nSupport scheduled after-hours maintenance windows when required\nCustomer & Technical Collaboration\nParticipate in customer meetings and technical discussions when needed\nSupport solution validation and deployment planning\nCommunicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nContribute to a positive customer experience through responsiveness and professionalism\nDocumentation & Accountability\nMaintain accurate documentation within ITMC ticketing and project management systems\nTrack time, tasks, troubleshooting steps, and project updates appropriately\nFollow internal workflows, escalation procedures, and operational standards\nContribute to process improvements and documentation updates\n Required Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise network environments\nStrong understanding of routing, switching, VLANs, and network troubleshooting\nExperience with enterprise Wi-Fi and firewall platforms\nAbility to troubleshoot technical issues in customer-facing environments\nStrong organizational and documentation skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work onsite in Santa Clara, CA\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting education, government, or healthcare environments\nExperience with platforms such as Cisco, Ruckus, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, or similar technologies\nFamiliarity with VoIP, UCaaS, or communication systems\nRelevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Fortinet, or similar are a plus\nComfortable working
