responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nAI and Machine Learning Engineering: \nDesign and develop production-ready AI applications using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.\nBuild intelligent agents with capabilities such as tool/function calling, structured outputs, conversation memory, prompt orchestration, and guardrails.\nDevelop reusable AI platform components, frameworks, and tooling to enable broader organizational adoption.\n\nSoftware Engineering and Platform Development: \nDesign, build, and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and integration services.\nApply software engineering best practices, including clean architecture, design patterns, testing, performance optimization, and code reviews.\nCollaborate across teams to deliver robust, secure, and maintainable solutions.\n\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Data Systems: \nDesign and implement RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, retrieval strategies, and grounding techniques.\nOptimize retrieval quality, latency, and scalability for enterprise AI applications.\nIntegrate structured and unstructured data sources into AI workflows.\n\nMCP and Agent Ecosystem: \nBuild and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools.\nEnable AI agents to consume external tools, services, and resources through standardized interfaces.\nEnsure secure and reliable agent interactions within enterprise environments.\n\nCloud and DevOps: \nDeploy and manage AI services on AWS and/or Azure.\nImplement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise security, governance, and networking standards.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong hands-on expertise in Python for AI, ML, and backend development.\nExperience building production-grade AI/ML systems and APIs.\nProven experience with Agentic AI, LLM application development, and orchestration frameworks.\nSolid understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding technologies.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.\nStrong knowledge of software engineering principles and system design.\nStrong ownership mindset with experience managing production systems.\nPython-first engineer capable of designing and delivering platform-scale AI solutions.\nPassionate about enabling teams through reusable components, standards, and developer tooling.\nDemonstrates strong learning agility and adaptability in rapidly evolving AI ecosystems.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience working with additional programming languages such as Java, Node.js, or Go.\nFamiliarity with enterprise platform integrations and distributed systems.\nExperience developing reusable platform capabilities for multiple teams.\nExposure
