You will learn how to configure HubSpot, improve data quality,\nbuild automated processes and introduce practical AI solutions that help\nbusinesses work more efficiently.\nThis is not an administrative data-entry role. You will\nlearn how business systems work, how information flows between teams and how\ntechnology can solve real operational problems.\nYou do not need to be a HubSpot expert when you join us. We\nare looking for someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in\ntechnology and the motivation to learn.\nWhat you will learn and do\nHubSpot CRM\nLearn how HubSpot’s CRM, Marketing, Sales, Serviceand Operations tools work.\n\nSupport the setup and configuration of HubSpotportals.\n\nCreate and maintain properties, pipelines, views,lists and record layouts.\n\nHelp configure users, teams, permissions andaccess.\n\nSupport CRM migrations, onboarding projects andoptimisation programmes.\n\nTest changes before they are released into liveclient environments.\n\nDocument system configurations and maintainaccurate change records.\n\nData management\nImport, export, clean and organise CRM data.\nIdentify duplicate, incomplete or inaccuraterecords.\n\nHelp map data from spreadsheets and other systemsinto HubSpot.\n\nBuild and maintain data quality checks.\nSupport record matching, deduplication and datastandardisation.\n\nLearn how different systems exchange informationthrough integrations.\n\nInvestigate data issues and help identify theirunderlying causes.\n\nFollow secure data-handling andinformation-governance practices.\n\nAutomation\nBuild simple HubSpot workflows under supervision.\nHelp automate repetitive sales, marketing andcustomer service tasks.\n\nSupport lead assignment, internal notifications,task creation and lifecycle updates.\n\nLearn how to design automation that is reliable,understandable and easy to maintain.\n\nTest workflows carefully and monitor them afterlaunch.\n\nIdentify manual processes that could be made fasteror more consistent.\n\nDocument automation logic so clients and colleaguescan understand how it works.\n\nAI\nExplore practical ways to use AI within HubSpot andconnected business systems.\n\nHelp test AI-supported processes such as dataenrichment, call summarisation, content generation and record updates.\n\nCreate and improve prompts for approved businessuse cases.\n\nSupport the development of AI agents and automatedassistants.\n\nReview AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevanceand appropriate data use.\n\nLearn about responsible AI, including privacy,security, bias and human oversight.\n\nHelp the team research and evaluate new HubSpot andAI capabilities.\n\nReporting and insight\nBuild basic HubSpot reports and dashboards.\nCheck the accuracy of the data behind businessreports.\n\nHelp investigate why teams may not trust theirreporting.\n\nSupport the creation of reports covering pipeline,conversion, activity and performance.\n\nPresent findings in a clear way to colleagues andclients.\n\nClient and team support\nAttend internal and client meetings, taking clearnotes and recording agreed actions.\n\nHelp respond to HubSpot support requests.\nExplain technical information in plain language.\nWork with consultants to understand a client’sgoals before recommending a solution.\n\nProvide progress updates and raise potential risksearly.\n\nContribute ideas and learning to the wider team.\nWhat we are looking for\nYou may be a school or college leaver, a graduate looking\nfor a practical route into technology, or someone at the beginning of a career\nchange.\nYou should have:\nA genuine interest in technology, data, automationand AI.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\nConfidence working with numbers, spreadsheets andstructured information.\n\nA logical approach to solving problems.\nThe ability to follow a process and check your ownwork.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nThe confidence to ask questions when something isunclear.\n\nA willingness to receive feedback and continuelearning.\n\nGood organisation and time-management skills.\nAn understanding of the importance of data securityand confidentiality.\n\nThe right to work in the UK and eligibility for therelevant apprenticeship programme.\n\nUseful but not essential\nExperience with any of the following would be helpful, but\nfull training will be provided:\nHubSpot or another CRM platform.\nMicrosoft Excel or Google Sheets.\nAI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.\nDatabases or data analysis.\nNo-code automation platforms.\nBusiness systems and software integrations.\nMarketing, sales or customer service processes.\nBasic coding, APIs or web technologies.\nWe care more about your ability to learn, think logically\nand take responsibility than the number of tools you have already used.\nWhat success looks like\nDuring your apprenticeship, you will progress towards being\nable to:\nComplete accurate data imports with appropriatechecks and documentation.\n\nIdentify and resolve common CRM data-qualityproblems.\n\nConfigure standard HubSpot features safely.\nBuild and test straightforward workflowautomations.\n\nCreate useful reports using reliable source data.\nSupport approved AI use cases responsibly.\nInvestigate technical issues and communicate yourfindings clearly.\n\nManage
