overall editorial vision, voice and strategy for Cosmopolitan.\n\nSet the editorial agenda across fashion, beauty, culture, entertainment, lifestyle and women’s issues.\n\nEnsure Cosmopolitan has a distinctive, recognisable point of view across all platforms.\n\nDevelop new editorial franchises, formats and storytelling opportunities that grow audience engagement.\n\nKeep the brand at the forefront of cultural conversations, trends and emerging talent.\n\nAudience & Content\nDevelop content that is relevant, engaging and meaningful to a modern female audience.\n\nUnderstand audience behaviour, cultural shifts and emerging trends and translate them into editorial opportunities.\n\nChampion ambitious, original storytelling across digital, social, video, print and experiential platforms.\n\nWork closely with the social and video teams to ensure the brand translates effectively across platforms.\n\nBuild strong relationships with fashion, beauty, entertainment and cultural talent.\n\nLeadership\nLead, inspire and develop the editorial team, creating a culture of creativity, ambition and excellence.\n\nSet clear editorial standards and ensure consistently high-quality output across the brand.\n\nCollaborate closely with commercial, creative, social, video and production teams.\n\nRepresent Cosmopolitan at industry events, with partners, talent and within the wider media landscape.\n\nBrand Growth\nWork closely with commercial leadership to identify opportunities that strengthen the brand while protecting editorial integrity.\n\nContribute to the development of major editorial franchises, events and brand initiatives.\n\nBuild Cosmopolitan’s profile and influence within the regional fashion, beauty, media and cultural landscape.\n\nIdentify opportunities to grow the audience, relevance and influence of the brand.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nSignificant editorial experience, ideally within fashion, beauty, women’s lifestyle, culture or entertainment media.\n\nProven experience leading an editorial team and setting a strong editorial vision.\n\nA deep understanding of the modern female audience and the evolving media landscape.\n\nStrong knowledge of fashion, beauty, entertainment, culture and digital media.\n\nExceptional writing, editing, storytelling and communication skills.\n\nA strong digital and social mindset, with an understanding of how audiences consume and engage with content today.\n\nEstablished relationships across the fashion, beauty, entertainment and creative industries.\n\nCommercial awareness and the ability to work effectively with senior internal and external
