The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while providing administrative support to the wider office.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.\n\nAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls and enquiries to the relevant departments.\n\nManage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office correspondence.\n\nMaintain the reception area and ensure it remains tidy and presentable.\n\nCoordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.\n\nProvide general administrative support to the HR, Finance, and other teams as required.\n\nAssist with office supplies, stationery orders, and inventory management.\n\nMaintain visitor records and support office access procedures.\n\nCoordinate with building management and external service providers when necessary.\n\nAssist with other ad hoc administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.\n\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in reception, front office, or administrative support is preferred.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nA professional and approachable manner.\n\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\n\nAbility to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and work independently.\n\nGood command of English;
