/ Rollout Support Engineer\nWe are looking for a Floorwalker / Rollout Support Engineer to support employees during the rollout of a modern Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Intune workplace across multiple locations in the Netherlands.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport employees with laptop migration to Windows 11 and Intune.\nAssist with migration and configuration of Intune-managed iPhones.\nVerify essential services such as login, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and printing.\nProvide first-line technical support and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users.\nRegister incidents, exceptions and recurring issues in the ticketing system.\nFollow rollout scripts and checklists and provide feedback to the project team.\nCollaborate with Service Desk, Workplace Management and Adoption & Change teams.\nEnsure compliance with security, privacy and safety guidelines.\nRequirements\nExperience with workplace/device migrations in large organisations.\nHands-on knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and iOS.\nMBO 4 working and thinking level.\nExcellent Dutch communication skills.\nValid Category B driving licence and reliable transport.\nService-minded, communicative, flexible and solution-oriented.\nAvailable 36 hours per week / 5 days and able to start quickly.\nWilling to travel across Gelderland, Brabant and
