You will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring IT systems, devices, and workplace technology operate efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional who enjoys working directly with users in a fast-paced onsite environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide 1st and 2nd line onsite IT support for end users.\n\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.\n\nInstall, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.\n\nDeploy, image, and configure Windows devices.\n\nSupport Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.\n\nManage user accounts, permissions, and passwords using Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nLog, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using an ITSM/ticketing system.\n\nPerform hardware replacements and asset management.\n\nEscalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.\n\nDeliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.\n\nDocument troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate support records.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nMinimum 2 years of IT support experience in a desktop or onsite support role.\n\nStrong knowledge of:\nWindows 10/11\n\nMicrosoft 365\n\nActive Directory / Microsoft Entra ID\n\nBasic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)\n\nHardware troubleshooting and device deployment\n\nExperience working with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, TOPdesk, Jira, or similar).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.\n\nMandatory Requirements\nFluent Dutch and English (spoken and written).\n\nMust be currently based in or willing to commute daily to Zaltbommel or the surrounding area.\n\nEligible to work in the Netherlands.\n\nAvailable to start on 17 August 2026.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL Foundation certification.\n\nMicrosoft certifications (MD-102, MS-900, AZ-900, or equivalent).\n\nExperience supporting enterprise IT environments.
