This freelance, on-call role requires a highly skilled professional who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, network, and infrastructure-related incidents efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Nutanix and networking technologies, hold a valid CCNA certification, and demonstrate excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Provide onsite and remote Break & Fix support for networking and infrastructure-related incidents.\n* Deploy, configure, and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism).\n* Perform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities.\n* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues.\n* Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and related technologies.\n* Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.\n* Respond to critical incidents and service requests within agreed response times.\n* Collaborate with global and regional teams on infrastructure and cloud-related projects.\n* Maintain accurate technical documentation, incident reports, and service records.\n* Ensure professional interaction with end users, stakeholders, and customers at all times.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n* Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, or IT support engineering.\n* Strong hands-on experience with the Nutanix ecosystem (AOS, AHV, Prism).\n* Experience supporting VMware and/or Hyper-V environments.\n* Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.\n* Proven experience providing Break & Fix support in enterprise environments.\n* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues.\n* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.\n* Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python is advantageous.\nMandatory Requirements\n* Valid CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate).\n* Minimum 90% pass score on the induction assessment.\n* Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).\n* Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.\n* Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.\nPreferred Qualifications\n* Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher).\n* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n* Knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and
