This is a freelance, customer-facing role suited to an experienced engineer who can independently diagnose and resolve infrastructure, virtualization, hardware, and networking issues both onsite and remotely.\nThe successful candidate will have strong expertise in Nutanix technologies, solid networking knowledge, a valid CCNA certification, and excellent English communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver onsite and remote Break & Fix support for enterprise infrastructure and networking incidents.\nInstall, configure, administer, and maintain Nutanix environments, including AOS, AHV, and Prism.\nPerform upgrades, patching, and infrastructure lifecycle maintenance.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, virtualization, and network-related issues.\nResolve connectivity problems involving TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.\nSupport backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.\nRespond to incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.\nWork closely with regional and global technical teams on infrastructure initiatives.\nMaintain accurate documentation, service reports, and incident records.\nDeliver professional, customer-focused support during all client interactions.\nRequired Experience & Skills\n5+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, virtualization, or IT support engineering.\nHands-on experience with Nutanix (AOS, AHV, Prism).\nExperience supporting VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.\nStrong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.\nProven Break & Fix experience within enterprise IT environments.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues.\nExperience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.\nPowerShell and/or Python scripting experience is advantageous.\nRequirements\nValid CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification.\nMinimum 90% pass mark on the induction assessment.\nFluent English (spoken and written).\nAbility to work independently in customer-facing environments.\nStrong professional attitude and customer service skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nNutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or higher.\nExperience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nKnowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and
