support a large-scale workplace technology project across various locations in the Netherlands.\nThe successful candidates will be dedicated to the project for its duration and will provide hands-on technical support to end users during the migration and deployment of laptops and workplace devices.\nBecause the role involves travelling between different project sites, a valid driving licence and own reliable transportation are required.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform laptop and workplace device migrations at various client locations.\nInstall, configure and deploy laptops and related IT equipment.\nSupport users during the migration and onboarding process.\nTransfer or configure user data, applications and settings as required.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues during migration activities.\nAssist users with logging in, accessing applications and configuring their workplace environment.\nPerform device checks before and after migration.\nFollow established migration procedures, checklists and technical instructions.\nDocument completed migrations and report any technical issues or exceptions.\nEscalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.\nMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working onsite.\nTravel between different project locations across the Netherlands as required.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, laptop deployment or workplace migrations.\nHands-on experience with laptop/device migrations in a professional environment.\nGood knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common Microsoft workplace technologies.\nExperience troubleshooting hardware, software and user-related IT issues.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint is an advantage.\nExperience supporting users during large-scale device rollouts or migrations is preferred.\nValid Category B driving licence.\nOwn reliable transportation/car is mandatory.\nWillingness and ability to travel to different client/project sites throughout the Netherlands.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nFluent/professional Dutch and English communication skills.\nAble to
