Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in data modelling, SQL, and Data Vault 2.0 to support data-driven initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Data Architects, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to design data models, gather requirements, and translate business needs into robust logical and physical data models.\nThis role requires a highly analytical professional who is comfortable making decisions and driving progress even when working with incomplete information.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop data models in collaboration with Data Architects and Solution Architects.\nDevelop and maintain Logical Data Models (LDMs).\nTranslate logical data models into appropriate physical data models.\nGather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders.\nTranslate business requirements into effective data modelling solutions.\nApply Data Vault 2.0 principles to enterprise data modelling.\nWork extensively with SQL and Oracle SQL for data analysis and validation.\nCollaborate with technical and business teams to ensure data models meet business and technical requirements.\nMake informed decisions and drive progress in situations where requirements or information may be incomplete.\nSupport data integration and modelling activities across complex enterprise environments.\nAnalyse data structures and relationships to ensure consistency, scalability, and usability.\nCommunicate technical data concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nMust-Have Requirements\n8-10 years of relevant professional experience.\nExtensive experience in data modelling.\nStrong expertise in Logical Data Modelling.\nAbility to translate between logical and physical data models.\nStrong knowledge of Data Vault 2.0.\nStrong SQL skills, preferably with Oracle SQL experience.\nStrong understanding of data concepts and data architecture.\nExperience gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently and make decisions in situations with incomplete information.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nGood-to-Have Skills\nExperience with data integration and data modelling in SAP-related projects.\nKnowledge of retail data entities, particularly customer and stock data.\nExperience with dbt.\nExperience with Google BigQuery.\nExperience with GitHub.\nStrong knowledge of Python and its application in data-related
