This role requires deep expertise in Thinkwise Software Factory, IAM, data modelling, integrations, and production support. As a senior engineer, you will guide and mentor team members, occasionally act as Team Lead, and ensure delivery excellence across ITSM and DevSecOps KPIs.\nYou will work across highly integrated retail and supply chain systems, legacy environments (AS400, SAP), and multi-vendor ecosystems, requiring strong analytical capability, ownership, and learning agility.\nKey Responsibilities\nThinkwise Development & Maintenance\nMaintain and enhance Thinkwise applications using Thinkwise Software Factory and IAM.\nDevelop and modify business logic using Thinkwise models.\nBuild and customize UI components for web and Windows interfaces.\nPerform data modelling within the Thinkwise platform.\nIntegration & Backend Engineering\nWork with Java applications, enterprise backend APIs, and SQL Server.\nTroubleshoot Java APIs and logs; perform query analysis and performance tuning.\nValidate and reconcile data across systems.\nImplement and support REST API integrations via the Indicium layer.\nAnalyse data flows and integration dependencies across applications.\nRetail & Supply Chain Domain\nUnderstand dependencies between Thinkwise applications and backend systems (AS400, SAP).\nSupport workflows related to logistics, pricing, ordering, and other retail processes.\nIncident & Production Support\nLead incident triaging, resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nWork with ITSM tools and ticketing workflows.\nContribute to delivery KPIs: SLA adherence, MTTR reduction, escalation management.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nMentor junior engineers and occasionally act as Team Lead.\nCollaborate with business SMEs, SAP/AS400 teams, and multi-vendor stakeholders.\nNavigate low-documentation environments and reverse-engineer legacy systems.\nMust-Have Skills & Knowledge\nStrong experience with:Thinkwise Software Factory (model-driven development)\nThinkwise IAM\nData modelling\nBusiness logic development\nUI generation
