The successful candidate will translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions supporting collections, debt treatment, recovery, and distressed client management.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead architecture initiatives within Collections and Distressed Client Management.\nTranslate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into target-state architectures and roadmaps.\nProvide architectural guidance across early collections, late collections, debt treatment, and debt recovery.\nDesign scalable, cloud-native, event-driven solutions using modern architecture patterns.\nLead solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.\nDefine integration strategies across core banking, risk, CRM, and related platforms.\nEngage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.\nFacilitate architecture governance and decision-making forums.\nProduce architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and technical designs.\nMentor engineers and technical leads on architecture best practices.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives, risk requirements, and technology
