Working within a multidisciplinary team, the FTE supports aircraft development, modification, certification, and training activities. This position also contributes to the delivery of flight test training programs, including classroom and airborne instruction for student test pilots and flight test engineers.\nDuties:\nWorking within an integrated flight test team to deliver contracted flight test services;\nSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of flight test programs\nDeveloping flight test plans, procedures, and technical documentation\nMonitoring and recording aircraft performance and systems data during flight test missions\nAnalyzing flight test data and preparing detailed technical reports\nAssisting in the integration, modification, and instrumentation of test aircraft\nDelivering classroom instruction on flight test principles, aircraft systems, and data analysis\nProviding airborne instruction in support of flight test training programs\nMentoring and supporting student test pilots and flight test engineers\nCollaborating with pilots, maintenance personnel, and engineering teams to ensure safe and effective operations\nParticipating in internal development projects related to fleet capability and training enhancements\nTraveling domestically and internationally to support flight test activities, as required\nRequirements:\nGraduate of a Flight Test Engineer course from a recognized institution (ie.
