In this role, you will act as the glue between our internal teams, ensuring that every project is delivered on time and meets our high standards of excellence. You will thrive here if you are a master of logistics who enjoys solving complex puzzles in a fast-paced environment. This role’s growth path leads to more senior Project Management roles within iTradeNetwork’s cross-functional teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nExecute and monitor project timelines, ensuring all program milestones are met with precision.\nAble to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.\nCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on program goals.\nConduct regular audits and performance reviews of existing programs to identify areas for improvement.\nResponsible for the end-to-end coordination of program logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.\nPerform data analysis to track program KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.\nMaintain comprehensive program documentation, including status reports, budgets, and operational manuals.\nParticipate in cross-functional meetings to represent program interests and advocate for necessary resources.\nReview existing operational procedures and recommend system enhancements to increase efficiency.\nParticipate in various other tasks and projects as needed to support the growth of the organization.\nWhat you’ll need:\n Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.\nNo previous professional experience required; internship or relevant academic project experience is a plus.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail.\nWorking knowledge of tools and technologies relevant to the role.\nA team player with a commitment to getting things done.\nFlexibility and ability to adapt in a changing environment.\nKnowledge of food service industry preferred.\nKnowledge of supply chain systems and solutions preferred.\nAlways thinking customer first.\nNice-to-Have Qualifications:\nPMP or CAPM certification.\nExperience working in a startup or high-growth entrepreneurial setting.\nIf you are a highly motivated and results-driven individual, with a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
