365. \n\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end delivery of D365 F&SCM projects, from initiation through to closure\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and architects\n\nDefine and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted delivery advisor\n\nEnsure alignment between business goals and technical solutions\n\nManage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation plans\n\nReport project status to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and predictability\n\nSupport presales activities including project estimation, scoping, and proposal preparation if needed\n\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement across the delivery process\n\nRequirements:\n4+ years of project management or delivery management experience within D365 F&SCM or ERP implementations\n\nStrong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Operations processes within D365\n\nProven experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies\n\nExceptional client management and communication skills\n\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote, cross-functional and multi-national teams\n\nFluency in English (spoken and written);\n\nNice to have:\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification or Microsoft D365 certifications are an advantage\n\nFluency German and/or Arabic\n\nReadiness for occasional business travel
