In this role you will spend most of your time orchestrating releases - managing deployment pipelines, coordinating across teams, and safeguarding production stability.\n What we expect from you:\n 5+ years of experience in IT, including hands-on Salesforce development;\n deep experience on the platform, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightning;\n proven experience owning and continuously improving release and deployment processes - sandbox strategy, source-driven deployments, environment management, release cadence, change management, and rollback procedures;\n working knowledge of version control (Git) and branching strategies;\n experience setting up and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce with release/deployment tooling (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins or similar);\n ability to establish and enforce development and release best practices (code review, static code analysis, automated testing as release gates);\n strong understanding of the features and constraints of the Salesforce platform;\n English skills sufficient for leading conversations on the technical and process aspects of projects.\n It would be a plus to have:\n experience coordinating multiple parallel
