business requirements into technical solutions;\n\n demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through end-to-end implementations;\n\n the ability to establish and promote technical standards, integration practices, and platform optimization across projects;\n\n English skills sufficient for leading technical and architectural discussions with stakeholders.\n\n It would be a plus to have:\n relevant Salesforce certifications;\n\n experience with enterprise integration patterns and large-scale data and integration architecture;\n\n experience defining governance frameworks and
