You will also work directly with clients, participate in discovery and pre-sales activities, and contribute to technical estimations and proposals.\n Requirements:\n 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development\n Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization and development using C#, JavaScript, plugins, and custom components\n Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages\n Experience with Dynamics 365 CE applications, such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights\n Experience designing solution architecture and integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using APIs and Azure Integration Services\n Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, ALM, and deployment best practices\n Experience with data migration, security models, and data architecture\n Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery, solution design, and effort estimation\n Ability to communicate directly with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and make independent technical decisions\n Good English communication skills\n Nice to have:\n Experience with Power BI\n Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, or providing technical guidance\n Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Solution Architecture\n Responsibilities:\n Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services\n Define solution architecture, make technical decisions, and ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability\n Design and implement integrations with third-party applications and external systems\n Work directly with clients to understand requirements, propose technical approaches, and deliver suitable solutions\n Participate in pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical estimations, and proposals\n Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout project delivery\n Contribute to technical documentation,
