No office politics, no hidden agendas - just people who care about doing good work together and supporting each other to get there.\nTHE ROLE\nWe are looking for a Junior Paralegal to join our Legal & Compliance team and take a hands-on part in the contract work behind ITRex’s international business. This is an entry-level role with direct exposure to commercial contracts and cross-border legal work in the IT industry. You will prepare first drafts of standard documents, keep contract registers accurate and support compliance tasks, following contracts from the first draft to the signed version. This is not a purely administrative role: we expect you to own your documents and registers, notice inconsistencies and missing details before someone else does, and suggest ways to improve our templates and processes. You will work closely with internal teams, learn directly from the Director of Legal & Compliance, and report to them.
