No office politics, no hidden agendas - just people who care about doing good work together and supporting each other to get there.\nWe are looking for Senior React Native Engineer to join our team!\nYour Responsibilities\nArchitect, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android.\nCollaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to define requirements and deliver new features.\nCommunicate and collaborate with external partners, including banks, SDK vendors, and 3rd-party providers, to support integrations, resolve issues, and ensure technical alignment.\nIntegrate and maintain third-party SDKs, native modules, and Web3/crypto libraries.\nImplement Web3 functionality, including wallet features, signing, and smart contract interactions.\nEnsure secure handling of sensitive data (private keys, seed phrases) and enforce mobile security best practices.\nEnsure top-level application performance, responsiveness, and overall app quality.\nIdentify and resolve performance bottlenecks, defects, and reliability issues.\nImplement and maintain comprehensive test coverage (unit, integration, E2E).\nWork with CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.\nResearch, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and best practices to improve product quality and development efficiency.\nParticipate in the full application development lifecycle, from initial concept to production deployment.\nRequirements\nOur Expectations\nReact Native & Mobile Development\n5+ years of experience in mobile development with a focus on React Native.\nDeep understanding of React Native architecture, preferably also exposure to Fabric and TurboModules.\nProven ability to architect, build and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications.\nExpertise in application performance optimization, debugging, and profiling.\nStrong knowledge of TypeScript and experience enforcing strict typing practices.\nExperience publishing and maintaining apps in App Store and Google Play.\nProcesses\nExpertise in identifying, analyzing, and resolving application bottlenecks and performance issues.\nExperience building and maintaining robust testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E).\nAbility to research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and best practices.\nStrong understanding of mobile security principles, secure data storage, and anti-fraud mechanisms.\nExperience operating in fast-paced environments and making informed decisions under uncertainty.\nEnglish: Upper-Intermediate or higher.\nNice to have:\nBlockchain & Web3\nHands-on experience in crypto & blockchain development (crypto wallets, signing, transactions).\nStrong understanding of Web3 technologies: WalletConnect, EVM networks, RPC, smart contract interaction.\nExperience with secure key storage, seed phrase handling, encryption, private key management, and cryptography best practices.\nExperience integrating complex SDKs/APIs, bridging native iOS/Android SDKs, and working with Web3/crypto libraries.\nUnderstanding of ERC standards and token metadata structures\nBenefits\nWhat We Offer\nWhy people stay\nFirst, the foundation:\nRemote flexibility: Work where and how you work best - we trust you to deliver\nFair compensation: Competitive salary + benefits that matter (medical, wellness, learning)\nThen, the growth:\nOwnership opportunities: See a problem worth solving?
