This team partners closely with Compliance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), SEC Reporting, Information Technology, and Finance Transformation to deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The team also drives operational excellence by enhancing close processes, improving platform reliability, and supporting scalable finance system capabilities across Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud EPM platforms.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, accountable, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, data integrity, and process improvement. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to critical financial operations while helping advance innovative solutions that support a customer-centric finance organization.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nContribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.\nPrepare and record journal entries, account analyses, and supporting documentation in accordance with established close deadlines.\nMonitor, analyze, and enhance financial data validation processes to support accurate global consolidated financial results.\nMaintain and support the Oracle ERP General Ledger chart of accounts structure, ensuring consistency, governance, and data integrity.\nDevelop, administer, and support Oracle Cloud EPM Narrative Reporting solutions to improve reporting efficiency and transparency.\nPerform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and resolve reconciling items in a timely and accurate manner.\nSupport consolidation activities, including intercompany accounting, foreign currency translation and remeasurement, and related financial reporting processes.\nPartner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Compliance, and Transformation teams to drive agile problem-solving and process improvements.\nSupport a strong internal control environment by executing accounting controls and assisting with compliance-related activities.\nGather, analyze, and summarize financial information to provide meaningful insights that support informed business decisions.\nCreate and maintain clear, complete, and accurate process documentation that supports operational excellence and knowledge sharing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability of accounting processes and financial systems.\nBuild authentic and collaborative partnerships across the organization to support business objectives and customer-focused outcomes.\nDemonstrate accountability for the quality, accuracy, and integrity of financial data and reporting deliverables.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.\n1+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial systems, consolidations, or related finance functions.\nWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP, month-end close, and financial reporting processes.\nExperience with Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion, or similar enterprise finance systems.\nExperience supporting financial data management, reconciliations, consolidations, or reporting activities.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across functions, and drive process improvements.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience with Oracle FCCS, ARCS, EDM, or Narrative Reporting.\nExperience with Power BI or other reporting and data visualization tools.\nExperience supporting finance transformation, automation, or system implementation initiatives.\nExperience in a global, public company environment.\nBenefits Info:\nThis position also includes a competitive benefit package including; financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more!\nThe successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location.
