From copilots and conversational agents to workflow automation and knowledge ecosystems, you will play a key role in advancing HR's digital transformation while ensuring solutions are customer-centric, compliant, and aligned with responsible AI principles.\nDuties & Responsibilitie s\nAssists in designing and configuring AI-powered solutions using approved enterprise platforms and tools.\nSupports the development of conversational agents, copilots, automation workflows, and knowledge-grounded AI experiences.\nPartners with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and employee experience teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve workforce productivity, employee experience, knowledge access, and operational efficiency.\nCreates prompts, instructions, knowledge structures, and test scenarios to improve AI solution performance.\nPerforms solution testing, validation, evaluation, and user acceptance activities.\nMonitors solution usage and performance and identifies opportunities for optimization.\nContributes to responsible AI reviews, governance processes, risk assessments, and documentation requirements.\nDevelops user guides, training materials, and adoption resources.\nParticipates in implementation projects and delivers assigned work within established timelines and quality expectations.\nCollaborates with technical and business teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve solution gaps.\nMaintains documentation related to architecture decisions, configurations, and operating procedures.\nStays informed on emerging AI capabilities and recommends practical applications for business needs. \nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, Business Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience.\nExperience in technology, business systems, analytics, automation, HR technology, AI solutions, or related fields.\nUnderstanding of generative AI concepts and large language model capabilities.\nExperience using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, or similar technologies.\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology-enabled solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solution concepts.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAble to work on a hybrid schedule connected to Itron’s Austin, TX location.\nPreferred Skills & Experienc e\nExperience supporting HR, employee experience, learning, talent, rewards, or people-related business functions.\nExperience supporting HR digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience with change management, user adoption, or organizational effectiveness programs.\nExposure to prompt engineering, conversational design, knowledge management, or chatbot development.\nAI, cloud, Microsoft, or automation-related certifications. \nPhysical Demands\nThis is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment.\nItron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and providing an authentic workplace experience for all employees.
