As an Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real-world projects, and gain hands-on experience in software design, development, testing, and support.\nWe value individuals who demonstrate a customer-centric mindset, accountability, authenticity, agility, collaboration, and innovation while working in a dynamic team environment.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nLearn and support Cloud, DevOps, and CI/CD activities.\nAssist in automation tasks using Python.\nSupport deployment, testing, and monitoring activities.\nCollaborate with engineering teams on project tasks.\nFollow standard processes and maintain basic documentation.\nParticipate in training and mentorship programs.\nDemonstrate accountability for assigned tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables.\nContribute innovative ideas that improve processes, product quality, and team effectiveness.\nApply a customer-centric approach while supporting software solutions for the Utilities and Energy industry.\nAdapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute effectively in an agile development environment.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nEducation Required\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nMust have graduated recently or be graduating in 2025.\nNo active backlogs at the time of application.\nEligibility Requirements\nNo prior full-time work experience.\nNo prior apprenticeship experience.\nWork Model: This role follows a hybrid work model.
