You will be part of our global IT organization and will be joining a global, leading technology, remote support team responsible for leading and mentoring a team of energetic IT infrastructure analysts resolving complex issues every day for internal customers.\nItron, IT provides support for all internal IT systems and applications issues in Itron. IT Operations team is responsible for providing remote support, including end-user support, business systems (e.g. Oracle EBS, Oracle cloud etc), Collaboration tools and systems, networking, and systems management among many other technical services. The support provided by this team will have a global reach and support all Itron thousands of employees. You should be flexible in working with additional responsibilities if whenever needed. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on Infrastructure space and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by Itron employees and users of Oracle EBS.\nResponding to functional assistance incidents from the business users, problem analysis and change implementation.\nProvide timely and effective reporting/updates on status of work being done for Incidents, Service Requests and change implementation.\nTroubleshoot the issues on Oracle Support site and if required open SR with Oracle for critical issues.\nStrong mathematical and statistical knowledge.\nFlexible to take up shifts in other time zones.\nAdditional Responsibilities:\nNeed to provide additional support to L1/Service Desk as Service Desk Agent\nAlso need to provide support on creation of Knowledge Article\nEducation: BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent from recognized University.
