We are seeking an Implementation Consultant (Functional/Project Lead) to lead the functional and project management work required to successfully deploy our SaaS platform for enterprise utility customers. This role is critical to ensuring structured, well-coordinated, and repeatable implementations for customers operating critical infrastructure. The Implementation Consultant serves as the functional owner of implementation workstreams, partnering closely with a dedicated Tech/Solution Consultant, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-quality customer deployments. This role focuses on business process alignment, project coordination, and customer-facing enablement required to bring customers live - including requirements gathering, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and functional configuration decisions (hazard/task libraries, templates, workflows, roles and permissions).
