Join us.\nWe are seeking a collaborative, accountable, and people-focused Sr. Maintenance Manager to lead critical manufacturing assets and teams while driving safe, reliable, and innovative operations through continuous improvement at our West Union manufacturing facility.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nLead, develop, and support a diverse team of approximately 40-45 maintenance professionals in a manufacturing environment, fostering an authentic, inclusive, and high-performance culture.\nChampion a customer-centric, safety-first mindset, ensuring all safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements are consistently met for people, equipment, and facilities.\nAlign maintenance strategies with equipment criticality, operational risk, and business priorities to support safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives.\nPlan, execute, and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance programs to enhance equipment availability, reliability, and process control.\nEnsure timely and effective response to equipment breakdowns, using structured root cause analysis and corrective actions to deliver sustainable, long-term solutions.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and problem-solving methodologies to eliminate losses and improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.\nDevelop, track, and actively manage maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance, enable data-driven decisions, and support an agile improvement culture.\nOptimize maintenance costs through operational efficiency, effective energy management, disciplined spare parts consumption, and standardization practices.\nOversee execution and full utilization of maintenance management systems, ensuring accurate data, standardized processes, and continuous system improvement.\nProactively manage equipment lifecycle and obsolescence risks to support long-term reliability and innovation.\nEnsure resources are appropriately aligned by capability and staffing levels, executing training, succession, and development plans to build future-ready talent.\nPartner collaboratively with Operations, Engineering, and Technology teams to deliver reliable outcomes that support customer needs and business goals.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n5+ years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nBachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.\nExperience with equipment reliability programs, energy optimization initiatives, and spare parts standardization.\nDemonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to engage teams, drive accountability, and deliver results through others.\nStrong strategic thinking skills, analytical capability, and a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.\nProven success developing employees through coaching, mentoring, and structured development planning.\nExperience executing maintenance strategies and performance management using maintenance management systems.\nWillingness and ability to work in a manufacturing environment while maintaining a customer-centric and safety-focused approach.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nTechnical degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.\nExperience implementing best-in-class predictive and proactive maintenance practices.\nWorking knowledge of Lean, TPM, Kaizen, and root cause problem-solving methodologies.\nBackground supporting technology-enabled operations within the Utilities & Energy sector.\nBenefits Info:\nThis position also includes a competitive benefit package including; financial, social, health and wellbeing programs, paid vacation, 401k matching, employee stock purchase program, hybrid work schedule, and more!
