Join us.\nPosition Summary\nThe Principal Software Engineer - Full Stack Developer is a senior technical contributor responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise-grade software applications. The engineer leads the end-to-end implementation of complex features, collaborates with system engineers and stakeholders to define technical requirements, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. They are expected to independently drive feature development, apply software design patterns and best practices, perform advanced debugging and root cause analysis, and mentor team members.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, analyze, develop, and implement new features and enhancements for enterprise applications that support customer-focused solutions within the Utilities & Energy technology sector.\n\nLead the end-to-end design and development of complex full-stack software features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nCollaborate with system engineers, product stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions.\n\nDevelop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework technologies.\n\nDesign and build responsive, high-performing user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, NgRx, and modern web technologies.\n\nApply object-oriented design principles, architectural best practices, and industry-standard design patterns to create innovative software solutions.\n\nPerform detailed code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance to promote collaboration, accountability, and engineering excellence.\n\nLead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex application issues across multiple system layers.\n\nDrive unit testing, code quality initiatives, and software validation activities to ensure high-quality product delivery.\n\nUtilize source control and development tools such as Git and other version control systems to maintain code integrity and support agile development practices.\n\nParticipate in architectural discussions, technical planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application performance and customer experience.\n\nPromote an authentic, customer-centric, agile, collaborative, and innovative culture within the engineering organization.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n9 -15 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and REST API development.\n\nProven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using modern software engineering practices.\n\nStrong knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft SQL Server database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.\n\nExtensive experience with Angular 20 or later, TypeScript, NgRx, and Web API development.\n\nAbility to independently design, develop, and deliver complete software features from requirements through deployment.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles and common design patterns.\n\nExcellent debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.\n\nExperience performing end-to-end application debugging across interconnected modules and services.\n\nGood hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and test-driven quality practices.\n\nStrong knowledge of version control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps Server (ADS), Azure DevOps Services, VSTS, Perforce, or similar tools.\n\nDemonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and work effectively in collaborative, agile development environments.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.\n\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nWorking knowledge of Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline implementation and release management.\n\nExperience with cloud-native application development and deployment practices.\n\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture and distributed application design.\n\nExposure to DevOps methodologies, automated testing, and infrastructure automation.\n\nExperience supporting software solutions within industrial, utility, energy, or highly regulated environments.\n\nPassion for innovation, continuous learning, and adopting emerging technologies.\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive technical improvements while fostering a collaborative and accountable engineering culture.\n\nEducation\nBachelor of Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.\n\nWork Model: This position follows a hybrid work model.
