We are looking for a Sr Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our next-generation, mobile-first platform, enabling field and office users to seamlessly access, capture, and manage geospatial asset and construction data in real time.\nThis role will partner closely with Engineering, UX, Customer Success, and external customers to define product capabilities, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that improve utility construction and asset management workflows.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nOwn product initiatives for Locusview's next-generation mobile and web platform, from discovery through launch.\nChampion a mobile-first user experience for field crews, inspectors, designers, and back-office users.\nDefine and prioritize capabilities focused on GIS, geospatial data management, as-built documentation, digital construction, and asset lifecycle management.\nPartner with customers and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable product solutions.\nWork closely with Engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences that improve productivity and data accuracy.\nUse customer feedback, usage analytics, and market insights to inform roadmap recommendations and product decisions.\nCollaborate with customer-facing teams to support product adoption, value realization, and long-term customer success.\nExplore innovative uses of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance user workflows and operational efficiency.\nDemonstrate Itron's values by being customer-centric, authentic, accountable, agile, collaborative, and innovative.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology environments.\nStrong knowledge of GIS, geospatial data models, mapping technologies, and location-based workflows.\nExperience working with platforms such as Esri ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Utility Network, or similar GIS ecosystems.\nExperience with integrations to core utility enterprise systems like FSM, MWFM, and other OT/IT systems\nExperience building or managing mobile applications and field workforce solutions.\nAbility to translate customer needs into product requirements, user stories, and roadmap priorities.\nStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working in agile, cross-functional product development environments.\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience with utility operations, digital construction management, asset management, work management, field service, or infrastructure software.\nFamiliarity with geospatial technologies such as PostGIS, GeoJSON, GPS/GNSS data, mobile data collection, spatial analytics, and geospatial APIs.\nExperience working with electric, gas, water, or telecommunications utilities.\nExperience incorporating AI, automation, or analytics capabilities into enterprise software products.\nTravel: ~15% domestic travel is expected\nItron is committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce and providing an authentic workplace experience for all employees.
